1) Can the wire grid damage the mattress?

2) Will the mattress manufacturer warranty their mattress on the platform?
Do not assume. Do your research on different platforms. Take into consideration the mattress warranty. Do not put your mattress onto a platform that could possibly damage your mattress and not provide your guest proper support and a good night sleep. Ask the platform supplier and/or the mattress manufacturer for verification the mattress will be warranted on the platform under consideration.

3) Is there an ADA option?
ADA requires the bed to be no higher than 23-inches (from the floor to crown of the mattress). When looking for a platform, makes sure you have an option for your ADA rooms.
NOTE: Switching out your current mattresses for the ADA room to a thinner mattress could cause legal issues.FOREVER FOUNDATIONS
The Forever RESORT PLATFORM comes with optional 2 and 5-inch leg. These lower the height of the foundation allowing you to use the same mattress throughout your hotel.

4) ADA - Is the platform wheelchair accessible?
ADA requires the bed to be wheelchair accessible. There needs to be enough clearance under the bed to allow for a person in a wheelchair to get into bed.
Also, this under-the-bed clearance protects all guests from stubbing their toes. You do not want an unhappy guest who just stubbed their toe in the middle of the night.FOREVER FOUNDATIONS

5) Can we use our current skirt?
If your brand requires a skirt or you want to have a skirt on your platform, make sure you ask if you can use your current skirt. Some platforms require specifically designed skirts to properly fit their platform.

Yes, you can use your current skirt on both the RESORT PLATFORM and HOTEL FOUNDATION. However we do offer a specially designed skirt that connects to the Platforms to help reduce the time it takes to make the bed.

6) How long does it take to assemble?
Time is money and if it takes 2 people 10-20 min to assemble a platform, that can add up very fast. Not to mention having to assemble more than just one.

Both the RESORT PLATFORM and HOTEL FOUNDATION can take one person less than 4 minutes to assemble.
